Article 1 — Acceptance

Access to and use of the quiverfunds.com website (hereinafter "the Site") are subject to these Terms of Service (TOS). By accessing the Site, you unconditionally accept these terms.

Groupe Garan reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

Article 2 — Site purpose

The Site presents the activities of QuiverFunds, a division of Groupe Garan, including:

→ Venture building services
→ BSA-Air investment programs
→ Funding opportunities through Garan Ventures
→ Portfolio of supported companies

The Site does not constitute an offer of financial services within the meaning of applicable regulations.

Article 3 — Site access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Network access and usage costs are the responsibility of the user.

Groupe Garan uses all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee permanent availability. The Site may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure.

Groupe Garan reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site for any user who does not comply with these TOS.

Article 4 — Site use

The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws. The user specifically agrees not to:

→ Use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
→ Attempt unauthorized access to computer systems
→ Transmit viruses or any malicious code
→ Collect information about other users
→ Reproduce or exploit content without authorization

Article 5 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, source code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Groupe Garan or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Site's elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Groupe Garan.

Article 6 — Applications and submissions

Users may submit applications through the Site's forms (funding requests, contact, etc.). By submitting an application, the user:

→ Guarantees the accuracy of the information provided
→ Authorizes Groupe Garan to use this information to evaluate their application
→ Accepts that submission creates no obligation on the part of Groupe Garan

Groupe Garan reserves the right not to follow up on applications without having to justify its decision.

Article 7 — Limitation of liability

Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Groupe Garan disclaims any liability for:

→ Errors or omissions in the Site's content
→ Damages resulting from the use of the Site
→ Content of external sites accessible via links
→ Site interruptions or malfunctions

Article 8 — Applicable law

These TOS are governed by French law. In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
